All the items offered are created to order and require a certain creation time. Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed, described and photographed are as accurately as possible to show accessory detail. Be sure to read the description and component list as a whole, noting the sizes and colors available. If you are unsure whether an accessory will match the color of your dress, please contact us. Make sure you have read and understood the description of the items, the information provided on the preparation and the delivery time, to have also accepted the terms and conditions of sale of our E-shop L'Oiseau d'Ors. Please note that the appearance of colors may vary on different computer screens.
1 - How do I pay for my order?
You have the possibility to choose between several methods of payment. I remind you that any order is a contract binding the buyer and the seller. The buyer agrees to pay the amount of his order in full.
- BY CHECK, only for metropolitan France. Send your check payable to Amélie Brumauld by post to the address on the L'Oiseau d'Ors website 17 rue du parc 17000 La Rochelle. Sales will be validated upon receipt and/or final cashing of the check. If the payment presents any anomaly, it will not be validated, the order will be automatically canceled.

2 - How can I cancel my order?
You have 14 working days following the date of your order to cancel your order by sending a message by email. Please note your order number and order date. You will soon receive a confirmation email. If payment has been made, it will be refunded to you. Any order cancellation is final.
3 - How do I get a refund for an item?
L'Oiseau d'Ors takes care of the quality and conformity of its accessories. However, if an accessory does not give you complete satisfaction, you have a period of 14 consecutive days following the date of receipt to return and obtain a refund. Contact us by email contact : l.oiseau.d.ors@gmail.com
Items must be returned in perfect resalable condition with packaging and tags. Reimbursement is made in the form of a credit note on our E-shop L'Oiseau d'Ors within 4 weeks. Delivery costs will be at your expense and will not be reimbursed. For personalized items In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20-2 3 of the Consumer Code. personalized items not do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, if you have ordered from L'Oiseau d'Ors a product made to your specifications or clearly personalized. (change of color, beads or flowers and other decorative elements. As a result, you cannot return your order of personalized products to us for a refund.)
4 - What is the current creation time?
The creation times are notified on the product sheets in general between 4 and 15 days depending on the accessory. (excluding weekends, holidays, absence and public holidays) Thank you for your understanding. If your order is urgent contact me , and I will see what I can do for you, however depending on the number of orders I could not respond favorably to all urgent orders. Thank you for your understanding.
5 - What are the modes of transport?
Currently the delivery is ensured by the Post office in colissimo with a tracking number which will be sent to you. by email when your order is shipped, Please note that I cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed or lost by the carrier.
6 - How long does it take to receive my package?
Be sure to take into account the manufacturing time indicated on the product sheet of your item.
The delivery time is given as an indication and in no way guaranteed by L'Oiseau d'Ors. (production time + delivery time)
7 - How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight and/or size of the items in your order.
- By letter MAX with tracking number without signature. Mailbox delivery for metropolitan France deadlines within 3 to 5 working days, costs are 4.33 €. (small items only, such as earrings)
- By COLISSIMO with tracking number. for metropolitan France: delay within 24 to 48 working hours, costs are 7.25 € (all bulky, rigid or fragile items, eg necklaces and rigid bracelets)
For specific shipments and other countries contact me for shipping costs. DOM-TOM Shipping costs for Reunion Island, Switzerland are made by colissimo OM or in International zone1 amount of €15.00 + customs fees
8 - Will I have to pay import tax?
No, for EU countries (except UK and Switzerland see below). Outside the EU, UK and Switzerland import duties fees are charged when the package reaches its destination country. Customs fees must be paid by the recipient of the package. Customers should be aware of their home country's customs fees and charges. Customs policies and import taxes vary from country to country, I have no control over these charges, and I cannot confirm the additional cost. I recommend that you contact the customs office to find out the fees before ordering, to avoid unexpected charges. PURCHASE EXCEPT European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom and DOM/TOM : Your package will eventually be inspected at customs. You must then pay a customs tax. Delivery time may be delayed.
9 - Will I receive a confirmation e-mail after validation of my order?
Yes ! An e-mail will be sent to you shortly after your order to confirm validation. Please check the information contained in this confirmation, the details of the articles as well as your delivery address. An approximate time will also be sent to you.
10 - International delivery
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS The delivery are available in registered parcel with standard shipping ! Number tracking are not available for this service. If you would like tracking number, we would have to ship your orders by DPO and the shipping is more expensive. Custom order please contact me : l.oiseau.d.ors@gmail.com
11 - How can I order a custom piece?
Custom Requests are always welcome and I would love to work with you to create the perfect accessory. Do not hesitate to contact me in touch : l.oiseau.d.ors@gmail.com describing the details of what you want and I will see what I can do for you. I would love to accept all custom requests, unfortunately the number of custom orders is limited. Please inquire early to avoid disappointment.
12 - Additional Information
The use of photos without agreement and the copying of creations are prohibited. PROFESSIONALS : I sell to professionals contact me by email for more information. All prices are displayed net and in Euro, transport costs are not included. According to article n° 293B of the General Tax Code, L'Oiseau d'Ors is not subject to French VAT.
